REAL ESTATE CONSULTANCY
As a consultancy company,
we charge
our
clients for the service we produce. Each study or support service will
have its agreed price.
For
long running projects, requiring a permanent support, we
may charge a monthly payment, which will cover all our agreed
collaboration.
For
financial support, assisting the client on sourcing loans or
other type of finance or venture partnership, we only charge a success
fee,
to be paid by our client at the time of the closing of the finance
agreement.
This success fee will be previously negotiated with our client, and
generally varies between 2% and 5% of the total capital financed,
depending on its amount.
For
the elaboration of Business Plans, Executive Summaries, Project
Presentations or other type of preliminary preparation service required
by the client, we charge a fee varying
usually from 0.1% to 0.75% of the total budgeted investment.
To
all the amounts charged, VAT at the rate of 21% must be added, for
clients in countries in the European Union.
We reserve to ourselves the right to change our fees at any time.

SUPPLY
OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
Ou compensation is paid by the supplier. It is built in the quoted price. There are no additional
fees to be paid buy the client.
